It might seem like a scheme - sign up for rewards, and you'll get bombarded with a dozen emails everyday. But if you dig through the (few) messes, there are some great reward programs out there, especially for clothing! If you're going to be spending the money anyway (like I definitely am) then you might as well be earning rewards for it.
Some you may have already known about, or be subscribed to, and some may be new to you. Either way, we're hoping this list will help you earn while you spend!
AEO Rewards have the best of the best. You earn ten points for every dollar spent at American Eagle and Aerie in-store or online, and 2,500 points equal a $10 rewards. Bonus, earn a 15% off birthday coupon, and for every 5 bras or jeans purchased, you get one free! Spend more to level up, and if you spend over $350 a year, you could earn free shipping on every order!
The Simons lets you earn one point for every dollar spent. You earn a $10 rewards card for the first 500 points earned, and $1 for every 50 points following that. It's not the most lucrative program for earning and spending, but The Simons also lets you earn 2X the points for your birthday month, exclusive online contests, and an extended return period. Keep spending to level up, where you could earn free delivery and free alterations!
With the Bay's HBC Rewards, you can earn a point for every dollar spent at the Bay in-store or online, if you spend up to $399.99 a year. If spending more than $400 a year, you can earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent and 2 points for every dollar spent if you're spending over $1,200 a year. You can redeem your points for The Bay gift cards, Air Miles rewards, and even donate to charity! HBC Rewards isn't the fanciest or the best of the rewards programs out there, but you're probably spending money at The Bay anyway, so might as well sign up!
PC Optimum Points may not ring a bell in the clothing category, but it's true - you can earn PC Optimum points with Joe Fresh! You can earn Optimum Points through specialized offers on JoeFresh.com or in-store and every 10,000 points equals $10 in rewards. You can redeem both online and in-store, and one of my favourite things about the PC Optimum Points is that points can be earned in a bunch of places - Loblaws, Shoppers, et cetera!
Garage Studio is a personalized loyalty program. Not only do you earn points, there's contests, outfit suggestions, and more. You earn badges and rewards by completing challenges, receiving up to 25% off your order. Once you're a VIP, you get free shipping too! Their offers include a birthday reward for a special present, and you can earn badges through Dynamite as well.
Urban Outfitters Rewards lets you earn rewards by not only purchasing from Urban Outfitters, but you can also earn points by sharing, entering contests, visiting store events, connecting your social media accounts and more! With VIP status, you get a birthday reward and tons of chances to win signed merch from your favourite artists! You can redeem your points to get deeper sale discounts, early access, and tons more.
The Suzy Shier Prestige Card has a price tag of $25, but with a purchase you get 20% off your first order and 10% off for 12 months! Other perks include a birthday reward, exclusive membership promotions and events, and early access to limited shopping events. It's the only loyalty program that has its own separate price tag on our list, but for a small cost of $25, you'd get 10% off for an entire year - we're okay with that deal.
Laura Style Rewards make earning points easy, with a point for every $1 spent at Laura or Melanie Lyne in-store or online. Depending on your membership level (Insider, Luxe, or Elite) you could earn up to $25 for every 300 points. Each membership level also gets a birthday reward and an extended return period. If you're an Elite member, you can earn free shipping on every order too! (Insiders get free shipping over $150 and Luxe members get free shipping on orders over $100).
