Let your mouth water freely, because it's here! Canada's 100 Best Restaurants have been revealed by Canada's 100 Best. The 4th annual list was picked by a panel of judges (whom we think might have the world's best jobs). The judges list includes chefs, restaurateurs, journalists, gourmets and industry leaders Vikram Vij, Jason Priestley, and Alexandra Gill.
Quebec has the best food, with 27 total restaurants on the list, followed by Ontario at 24 and British Columbia at 22. Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba combined for 21, with Newfoundland and Labrador, Price Edward Island and Nova Scotia getting 6. Montreal is Canada's most delicious city with 21 spots on the list, and Toronto & Vancouver tied for second with 18 each.
Canada's best restaurant went to Alo in Toronto. From the website, Alo is a contemporary French restaurant and cocktail bar. They offer two dining experiences - the Dining Room and the Kitchen Counter, priced at $125 and $155 respectively with optional wine pairings.
