What types of products would you love to see us launch with in our ELECTRONICS store?
I own the biggest website that sell HID conversion kit (xenon lights). I am located in montreal so this is perfect. I would like to post my items on shop.ca. HID Kit are really popular.

How about having higher end electronics normally only available in 'boutique' electronic stores. I'm tired of only having the same cheaper/low quality stuff in the only online electronics retailers in Canada (Bestbuy/Futureshop).
shipping costs are the killer for me. I live 20 minutes from the border, pay $10.00 yearly for a ship address in Washington to which everything is shipped free. $2.50 per pickup. can't be beat, at least until I see if shop.ca can compete.
ps: UPS truly sucks, fedex slightly better. hate to say it but canada post is better. If I'm not home, parcel goes to nearest post office, 5 minutes away.
Deals on video game systems and software would be great. The larger American online retailers offer great deals, it would be great to see comparable deals here to save on those rediculous shipping costs.
I’m not sure if Shop.ca is responding to these posts, so I thought I would share a part of the e-mail I received from them indicating, “the site is open for pre-registration now and will have millions of products for purchase later in May.” I assume, once items are listed, you will be able to add them to your shopping bag for purchase.
I’m looking forward to checking back in a few weeks to see what's available!!
Would love to see some "Apple" compatible accessories such as power cords for MacBook Pros, Apple computers, Ipods, and the usual electronics but at CHEAPER prices.
Was really looking forward to a new online shopping experience for Canadians. Checked almost daily over the past week to see if your site was up and running. Now that it's open, I must say that the overwhelming sentiment is sheer disappointment. I searched for over 15 distinct items in the Electronics and Computer categories and found NONE!!! From Panasonic plasma televisions (ST/GT/VT series), to Samsung LED televisions (ES8000 series), to Sony LED televisions (HX850 or XBR929 series), to Onkyo home theatre receivers (1009/3009/5009), to Netgear WiFi routers to HP printers and laptops, to Audioquest A/V cables - nothing - nada - zip! And these are all common mainstream items. I've deleted my browser bookmark and will continue shopping at the Canadian outlets of the US major shopping sites. I may have to pay for shipping, but at least they have what I'm looking for! I'll keep an ear posted for when you folks decide to upgrade away from the low end Costco stuff. But for now, Bye!
Oh and the fact that 2/3 of all the searches on your site return the message "The store has encountered a problem processing the last request. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your site administrator." gets tiring REALLY fast. BTW, how is MY site administrator going to help solve YOUR web site issues???

Ipads , wii, play station etc. need to be here. Trouble shopping try the help , chat seemed to work for me.
