Where do you ship to?
Our goal is to be Canada's number one online shopping destination. As such, we only delivery within Canada at this time.
You can absolutely place an order if you live outside of Canada, however, you must ship the order to a Canadian address. Please note, not all carriers in Canada can deliver to a PO Box. To avoid potential order delays, if you have a full street address, please enter it during check out.
Can't complete your order?
a) Double check your that your credit card number has been properly entered, ensuring that no spaces are between any of the numbers.
b) Take a second look at your postal code, ensuring that you’ve input it properly, remembering that the o key is really close the 0 key!
c) Make sure you’ve input a valid phone number in both your shipping and billing address! If you need to edit your address, no problem. Just click “Edit address” on either the shipping or billing page.
Why Did My Price Change?
Putting an item in your cart does not save inventory, or guarantee the price will be that when you go to check out.
As a marketplace, our merchant partners are the keepers of their product pricing, and they send in pricing updates daily.
To ensure you can get your product at the price you want, best bet is to check out and complete your order right away so you can avoid disappointment!
When Will A Product Come Back In Stock?
Finding your favourite product and seeing that it is out of stock is not a fun experience.
Our customer loyalty team does not have specific time frames for when a product will be back in stock, but we encourage you to check back periodically, as our merchant partners are updating our inventory daily!
You can also add an item to your Wish List, so you'll be able to tell quickly if it's back in stock.
Products that have no intention of coming back in stock, meaning they're discontinued, will be removed from the storefront, after a period of inactivity.
Where's My Order?
We know you're eager to get your products!
Most of our products ship with a tracking number so you can always check in and see where your products are in their journey to you.
Each product on SHOP.CA also has an expected to ship within date listed underneath the price. This means the time it will take to leave the warehouse and begin its journey to you! If your order has passed its expected ship within date, our team will be contacting our merchants to follow up on your behalf! We want you to have your order.
You’ll be emailed a tracking number when your product ships, but you can also visit Order History in My Account to find your tracking number in your Order Details page.

How come I only received part of my order?
SHOP.CA is a marketplace that allows you to purchase products from hundreds of different suppliers. If your order includes more than one type of product, it is very common for items to ship at different times and arrive in separate boxes.
How will my Order be Shipped? Will I get a Tracking Number?
As a marketplace, each merchant partner has their own carrier of choice, to ship out orders.
Popular choices are Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and CanPar.
When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to register on the carrier’s website. You can also check for a tracking number under Order Status in My Account.
Please note, because we work directly with the suppliers to bring you a big range of products, and don’t put all the products in one warehouse to ship from, products may ship at different times from various locations in separate boxes. Therefore, it's not expected that products will ship together or arrive at the same time.
