We know you’re eager to get your products! That’s why most of our products ship with a tracking number so you can always check in and see where your products are in their journey to you. You’ll be emailed a tracking number when your product ships, but you can also visit Order History in My Account to find your tracking number in your Order Details page.
How come I only received part of my order?
Because we work directly with the suppliers and don’t put all the products in one warehouse to ship from, products may ship at different times from various locations in separate boxes. Therefore, we cannot assure you that products will ship together or arrive at the same time. Rest assured, this is normal, and the rest of your products will arrive soon after!
