Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
We usually receive a tracking number from our suppliers when your order ships. We then email this tracking number to you within 24 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s) from the supplier to your door.
You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "shipping status" column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and estimated delivery date.
It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to be generated and a tracking number may not be available for your order if the product has not shipped yet or if the direct-ship supplier for your product does not provide tracking numbers.
I'm trying to use the SHOP.CA Rewards I got when I Signed-UP, but it won't apply on my order. Why not?
Depending on when you Signed-UP, you may either have $10 or $25 SHOP.CA Rewards. The $10 SHOP.CA Rewards you received when Signing-UP can be used against a purchase of $25 or more. If you’re trying to use the $10 Rewards on a purchase less than $25, it won’t go through. The $10 credit doesn’t expire however, so you can hold onto it and wait until you make a purchase of $25 or more to use it! By the same logic, the $25 SHOP.CA Rewards can be used against a purchase of $100 or more.
When placing an order, I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
Please double check the credit card number, expiration date and CCV (usually on the back) on your card. Also, please be aware that SHOP.CA currently accepts Visa and MasterCard for credit card payment.
