Welcome to the exclusive club for discerning carnivores. Carnivore Club is the world’s first curated cured meat club featuring artisans from around the world. Our members receive an impressive faux-wood box filled with 4-6 handcrafted cured meats from top artisans (ranges from 400-800g per box). This limited time offer also comes with a free Carnivore Club black and white branded t-shirt. Like wine, the laborious craft of cured meats is an art form that requires the diligent pursuit of perfection through endless hours of trial and error. Carnivore Club celebrates the individual recipes of each cured meat savant, no two meats are alike even when similar in name.
Each box is themed around one producer specializing in a particular style of cured meats: French Charcuterie, Italian Salumi, Spanish Chorizo, South African Biltong and Artisanal Jerky are but a few. Carnivore Club loves artisans that purchase ethically treated animals, employ humane slaughtering practices, use locally sourced ingredients and have a passion for making exceptional products. In order to receive a current month's Carnivore Club, you must place your order on or before the 21st of that month. For example, if you order on August 23, your Carnivore Club box would ship the last week of September. If you had ordered on August 14, your Carnivore Club box would arrive in the last week of August.
We ship using Canada Post between the 24th-27th of each month, depending on where the weekend falls. We ship using Canada Post Expedited which takes 2 to 4 business days. Carnivore Club currently only ships within North America, however we are expanding our network and will be shipping to more countries soon.
We encourage all members to keep their Carnivore Club boxes in the fridge. The meat on average has a shelf life of 1-3 months. The meats are cured and sealed which makes it possible for them to be stored at room temperature (60 degrees) for at least a month. You will increase the shelf life and maintain the quality of the meats by storing properly in your fridge.
Carnivore Club does it's best to select meats that everyone can eat. We work with a different supplier each month which means our product changes each month and some meats may contain ingredients that were not in the previous boxes. Please contact us for any specific allergy related questions.
